By accessing or using BookSimple ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BookSimple provides an online booking platform for small businesses. The Service includes a public booking page, appointment management, customer management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

The Service costs $10 per month. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your booking page will be deactivated after the current billing period ends. Your data will be retained for 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

BookSimple is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
